I have enjoyed using the polyester thread I purchased - the shine is lovely and the variety of colors is robust. I am now ready to restock my stash after trying out the sampler box I purchased.

Please answer the phone? I would like to know why do you all sell a poly sample with colors but the rayon samples are all white? Update 11/21/2024. These people kept all calling me at 6AM for over a week. Today I finally spoke with someone who told me that they do not sell samples of Rayon other than white which is totally stupid. White is the least used color. Also it is much more difficult to find a quaility rayon thread that matches other popular brands. I use Madeira. I guess I will keep on using Madeira and just avoid the hassle and horrible customer service. If you all could not send a sample of colors or rayon you could have just left that on the voicemail. I had to sign up to this site just to use it and browse the colors. I just sent support an email to delete my account and all into associated with it.

I used to get constant thread breaks until I started using candle thread. I have not had a thread break since. I would highly recommend candle thread. Not only is it a great thread but it is also a great price. Fast shipping and great customer service.

Candle threads are the absolute best I have ever used!!!! I have purchased other more expensive brands that break easily and looks very cheap but candle threads surpass them all when it comes to price and quality. I will never buy any other brand. So far I have more than 80 spools and can’t wait to get more.
