Return & Refund Policy

Products purchased from Candle Thread can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is "Defective Out of the Box" and is returned in the original box with all the original packaging intact.

Items sold as part of a bundle may be returned for refund if all components or items within the bundle are returned in their entirety and have been unused, unopened, and/or not tampered with. All items must be returned within the applicable return policy period.

Exchange or Return Process:

To initiate the return or exchange process, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.Any merchandise returned without a corresponding RA Number will not be eligible for exchange or return.To obtain your RA Number, please contact us at support@candlethreadusa.com

Customers are responsible to obtain and pay for return shipping. Returns or exchanges are not processed until the items are received at the designated return address.

Once the returned items are received, we process the return within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed back to your credit card within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
